Work Environment

As a remote LCSW at Healthy Minds Counseling, you will enjoy the flexibility of creating your own hours in a convenient work-from-home setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate comprehensive individualized treatment plans based on clinical evidence and best practices.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic approaches and evidence-based interventions to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to patients and their families, helping them navigate challenges and develop coping strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and changes in mental health policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a wide range of patients, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health diagnoses. Qualifications

• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of Texas.
• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and readiness to practice.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively problem-solve, fostering trust and rapport with patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
