Position Information
Position Overview
The Associate Solution Executive, Credentialing operates as part of HealthStream Credentialing, located in Nashville, TN, which is a leading provider of software that simplifies credentialing and enrollment for non-acute care settings. We serve 1,000+ clients with thousands of software users that represent 1.2M+ healthcare providers (physicians, allied health professionals, and physician extenders) in various healthcare, dental, behavioral, physician offices, FQHCs, and revenue cycle management (RCM) organizations across North America.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
The Associate Solution Executive, Credentialing will be responsible for selling credentialing and enrollment software solutions, and possibly additional HealthStream solutions, to non-acute prospects. The Associate Solution Executive, Credentialing responds to inquiries from prospects, presents and demonstrates solutions, delivers proposals and pricing, and shares advice and best practices to ensure successful implementation of HealthStream Credentialing solutions.
The Associate Solution Executive, Credentialing seeks to align solutions with prospects' objectives, build relationships and credibility with key stakeholders, and meet or exceed an assigned sales quota. This individual will have responsibility for the sales process for assigned solutions, including prospecting, lead follow-up, qualifying, positioning, demonstrations, presentations, objection handling, and contract negotiations through sale closure.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly develop relationships (internally and externally)
• Team player with customer service orientation and positive attitude
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably within the healthcare industry (preferred)
• Minimum 1 years healthcare software sales with track record of quota achievement (preferred)
• Demonstrated history selling enterprise software solutions to senior level decision makers
• Successful track record closing business remotely using technology
• Experience working trade shows and conferences
• Understanding of credentialing / network management process is a plus
• Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to operate independently with limited oversight
• Focus on exceeding expectations
• Ability to travel up to 15 - 20%

• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with use of CRM tools (Salesforce)

• Exceptional presentation skills with experience presenting to audiences of up to 20 individuals

Compensation

• This role features a base salary plus commission with a targeted split of 50% base / 50% variable.At quota, your On-Target Earnings (OTE) are comprised of the base salary and commissions, with the potential of additional uncapped earnings through bonuses and accelerators when exceeding performance targets (quota). The base salary range for this position is $49,760 - $55,000 with an OTE of $85,000 - $95,000. Base salary will be determined on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. Compensation will be commensurate with skills, relevant experience, and performance in similar roles.
