Job description

Description:

The Strategic Partnership Leader is a critical role within Healthrise, responsible for ensuring the success of strategic vendor partnerships across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business. This leader must possess a thorough understanding of RCM operations and performance levers, with the ability to translate that knowledge into clear accountability, measurable results, and improved outcomes across partnerships.

The Strategic Partnership Leader will own the performance of these partnerships and be accountable for driving results against agreed upon scopes of work (SOWs), service level agreements (SLAs), and client expectations. Success in this role requires not only managing relationships but also holding partners to the highest standard of delivery, ensuring their work strengthens Healthrise client commitments.

This position demands deep RCM subject matter expertise, a disciplined focus on operational performance, and the ability to proactively manage vendors at scale. Prior experience managing RCM vendors is strongly desired. The Leader will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Operations (Service Delivery) and Client Delivery Leaders to ensure strategic partners consistently deliver excellence under the Healthrise brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Performance
  • Own the performance of all strategic partnerships, ensuring outcomes align with Healthrise standards and client expectations.
  • Drive accountability against the scope of each SOW and contracted SLAs, moving beyond compliance monitoring to active performance leadership.
  • Performance Oversight and Governance
  • Lead and facilitate monthly performance reviews with vendor partners, addressing results, escalations, and improvement plans.
  • Monitor KPIs and proactively identify areas of underperformance, ensuring issues are resolved before they impact clients.
  • Serve as the escalation point for performance concerns raised by Client Delivery Leaders, managing them effectively and decisively.
  • Collaboration with Healthrise Leaders
  • Partner closely with the Senior Director of Operations (Service Delivery) to align vendor performance with broader RCMS objectives.
  • Work directly with Client Delivery Leaders to ensure vendor performance strengthens client delivery outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to executive leadership regarding vendor performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Operational and Relationship Excellence
  • Oversee and optimize relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with Healthrise standards and strategic goals.
  • Build strong, transparent, and performance-driven relationships with partner leadership teams.
  • Improve overall offshore operations to maximize efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Ensure that all partnerships are fully integrated into operational standards, processes, and client-facing expectations.
  • Proactively manage the balance between partner capacity, efficiency, and performance quality to optimize overall value.

Measurements of Success

  • Achievement of SLA and KPI targets across all strategic partnerships.
  • Positive client feedback and measurable value add from partner delivered services.
  • Timely resolution of escalations and reduction in recurring performance issues.
  • Demonstrated improvements in efficiency, cost management, and service quality across partnerships.
  • Effective collaboration with internal leaders resulting in seamless partner integration into client delivery.
