Key duties and responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Call 150-200 prospects a day
• Able to multitask in a high pace environment
• Efficient typing skills with great penmanship
• Greet all office guests
• Manage, clean, and organize the office
• Stock the copy room, snack room, and lounge
• Collect and sort all mail and packages
• Decorate the office for holidays
• Support the office manager and administrative assistants
• Strong attention to detail required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Have great social skills and be professional
• Minimum 1 year office/phone/computer experience
• Familiar with Microsoft programs
• Have great vocabulary and can work under pressure
• Have great communication skills
• Be a team player
