Client Care Supervisor
Full-Time |$20.00/hour + Benefits
Do you enjoy leading others, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference in your community? Healthcare Plus is looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Client Care Supervisor to join our Chicago team.

As a Client Care Supervisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers, ensuring every client receives exceptional care and support. You'll coordinate services, address concerns, and help maintain the highest standards of quality. Every day brings new opportunities to positively impact the lives of our clients and support the caregivers who make our mission possible.

Healthcare Plus has proudly provided quality home healthcare services throughout Northern Illinois for many years. As we continue to grow, we're committed to expanding our reach and serving clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, as additional language skills allow us to better connect with and support the diverse communities we serve.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
