  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging open dialogue, therapeutic exercises, and practical skills development for clients.
  • Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with fellow mental health specialists, primary care physicians, and social workers to coordinate care and address complex client needs effectively.
  • Provide follow-up care and reassessments for clients who have been referred for psychiatric services or who require hospitalization.
  • Identify barriers to recovery, preventing counterproductive behaviors and working on strategies to enhance resilience and coping skills.
  • Support family members and caregivers in navigating the mental health challenges faced by their loved ones, providing resources and guidance to foster a healthy home environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By employing evidence-based practices, your expertise will significantly impact clients' mental well-being and recovery journeys.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of mental health terminology and therapeutic techniques as well as the latest developments in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, with a focus on building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
Preferred Experience
