Human Resources Coordinator-
Full Time Monday-Friday
Health Center at Bloomingdale
The Health Center at Bloomingdale, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a full time Human Resources/Payroll coordinator. We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care. At the Health Center at Bloomingdale we have a professional. knowledgeable and compassionate team that cares for our residents.
Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator:
  • Responsible for HR/ Payroll Functions
  • Recruiting C.N.A., L.P.N. and R.N.'s
  • Pre-screening of all staff
  • Developing relationships with internal staff
Requirements of Human Resources Coordinator:
  • Prior Long-Term Care HR/payroll experience preferred
  • Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate good communication/phone skills
  • HR/ Payroll/ Recruiting: 2 years preferred
