Work Environment

This position is structured as a remote role, offering flexibility to work from home while still being integrated into a dynamic team committed to collaboration and excellence. The LCSW will primarily engage with clients from their home environment or designated locations, such as schools and community centers, assisting with their mental health needs while ensuring access to necessary resources and support services.

  • Carry a manageable caseload including conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions while maintaining consistent communication and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
  • Participate actively in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and management strategies for clients facing acute challenges.
  • Ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks such as documentation, reports, and data submissions, while adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
  • Serve on internal committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and contributing to continuous quality improvement practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds who face significant barriers to mental health care. This may include youth in school settings, families undergoing hardships, and individuals with chronic mental health conditions. It is essential that candidates possess an empathetic understanding of varied socio-economic factors and demonstrate cultural competency in their practice.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Active LCSW licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, preferred.
  • Demonstrated competence in assessment and diagnosis, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
  • Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication, along with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
Preferred Experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within school systems or community health environments.
  • Familiarity with integrated care models and evidence-based practices.
