Job description

You’ve been winning at B2B sales for a while. The problem is you’re building someone else’s long-term dream while you only get one-time commissions. At Health Access Solutions, that changes.  
We empower you to thrive in a rewarding long-term career, not just live off one-time commissions. 
Here’s how it works: 
  • You earn a monthly base starting at $3k per month 
  • You earn at least $30/employee/month for those buying our full health solution (sign up 33 employees at one or multiple businesses and earn $1k in new monthly revenue) 
  • Do that nine times or in nine months and you are earning $100k/year in commissions alone 
  • Our retention rate is 98%. So, sell once and keep that monthly income stream long term. 
  • Experience the power of compound interest – not just with your investments, but with your income! 
  • Monthly base drops $500 every six months until it reaches $1k, where it remains

The role 

You will be working your home state— walking in, calling, following up, and not taking no for an answer.  

You own your pipeline, and you own your results. 

What you are selling is not a hard pitch. Small and big businesses alike need a new health care solution. Ours is affordable, scalable, and very compelling. 
 Our annual growth rate has been 50% for each of the last three years.  
We are growing rapidly because we sell a quality solution people love and keep.

  • We serve more than 600 businesses in more than 40 states right now 
  • But we are specifically recruiting new associates in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas

We are looking for someone who has built a B2B book before.  You can walk into a business with no appointment and walk out with a meeting. You close by listening and consulting, not by pushing. You think in monthly recurring revenue. Rejection is data, not a reason to slow down. You want to sell something that genuinely helps those buying it — and you are motivated by what you build, not what you are handed.  
Do well by doing good. Do very well.  
Our top sales associates get to six-figures in annualized income in just 12-16 months.
