Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Engage with clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions to cultivate a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic client care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay updated on the latest research and techniques in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, families, and individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in helping those who may otherwise struggle to access necessary care, particularly focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical guidelines relevant to therapeutic practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish a positive rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience in community mental health settings or outpatient therapy services.
• Knowledge of current evidence-based practices and approaches in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
