Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Healing For Everyone Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Implement evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral strategies, to improve clients' mental health and overall quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client information is securely managed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.
