About Healing Feathers Therapy

Healing Feathers Therapy is a trauma-informed counseling practice in Millcreek, Utah dedicated to helping people process trauma, release painful beliefs, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Our clinicians use evidence-based trauma therapies including:

• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Somatic-based trauma therapy
• Mind/Body Bridging
• DBT and mindfulness practices

We serve children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, and emotional healing.

The Role

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist or Associate Therapist in Utah who is passionate about trauma-informed care.

This role is ideal for clinicians who:

• Have experience working with trauma or complex PTSD
• Are EMDR trained or interested in EMDR training
• Enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Value teamwork and clinical collaboration
• Want to continue growing as trauma specialists

Responsibilities

• Provide 27–30 client sessions per week
• Deliver trauma-informed therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in weekly team meetings and supervision
• Collaborate with the Healing Feathers clinical team
