Start: April 2026

Schedule: M–F, 40 hrs/week (flexibility for overtime/weekends)
Compensation: Salaried, commensurate with experience + full benefits


Overview


We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mandarin-fluent Review Manager to join our growing team for an onsite role in Washington, D.C. You’ll lead complex eDiscovery projects, manage Mandarin speaking document review teams, working alongside experienced Relativity review managers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee large-scale document review projects and teams (first-level, QC, second-level)
  • Act as liaison between case teams, clients, and review vendors
  • Develop project scope, timelines, budgets, and reporting metrics
  • Design and implement efficient workflows (review, QC, privilege, redactions)
  • Conduct early case assessment and leverage analytics/TAR to reduce data volumes
  • Advise stakeholders on review accuracy, efficiency, and best practices
  • Draft privilege logs and detailed client-facing reports
  • Monitor productivity, quality control, and project timelines
  • Train and onboard reviewers; resolve escalations and complex review issues

Requirements:
  • Active U.S. bar license (any jurisdiction)
  • Fluency in Mandarin required
  • 2+ years of experience managing eDiscovery projects (including any QC, Team Lead or Project Management experience)
  • Advanced experience with platforms such as Relativity, Catalyst, Ringtail, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of EDRM, analytics, and TAR workflows
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in the DC area
