Hawthorne Payments is looking for self-motivated, independent salespeople who are comfortable prospecting and creating their own opportunities.

This is not a salaried or hourly position. This is a 100% commission-based outside sales opportunity where your income is driven by the business you generate.

If you have experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, B2B prospecting, commission sales, solar, roofing, insurance, merchant services, telecom, home services or another hunter-style sales role, you'll understand the model.

No merchant-services experience? That's okay. We'll teach you the industry. You bring the drive.

What You'll Do

• Prospect local businesses and speak directly with owners and decision-makers.
• Generate your own opportunities through in-person prospecting, networking and outreach.
• Present Hawthorne Payments' merchant-services and payment-processing solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with the businesses you bring on.
• Manage your own schedule and sales activity with the support of an experienced merchant-services team.

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter who is comfortable approaching businesses and hearing "no."
• Experience in sales, prospecting, customer-facing work or entrepreneurship is preferred — but not required.
• Comfortable working in a 100% performance-based compensation structure with no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
• Strong communication skills, persistence and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States.
