Hawthorne Payments is looking for driven, independent sales professionals who know how to create their own opportunities — not wait for them.

This is a 100% commission-based outside sales role. There's no salary, no hourly wage, no ceiling. Your income is built entirely on what you produce.

If you've sold door-to-door, worked B2B, or hustled in solar, roofing, insurance, telecom, home services, merchant services, or any other hunter-style sales environment, you already know how this works. No merchant-services background? Training provided — we'll teach you the industry. We just need you to bring the drive.

What You'll Do

• Prospect local businesses and get in front of owners and decision-makers.
• Build your own pipeline through in-person outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Present Hawthorne Payments' merchant-services and payment-processing solutions.
• Develop long-term relationships with the accounts you bring on.
• Run your own schedule and sales activity, backed by an experienced merchant-services team.

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter who isn't rattled by hearing "no."
• Sales, prospecting, customer-facing, or entrepreneurial experience preferred — not required.
• Someone comfortable in a fully performance-based pay structure, with no guaranteed base.
• Strong communicator who works well independently and stays persistent.
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States.
