Hawk Associates is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business focused on providing Enterprise Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, Test & Evaluation (T&E), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Signals Intelligence/Electronic Warfare (SIGINT/EW) Course Curriculum Development, OSINT Virtual Learning Environment Coordinators & Help Desk, and Language Translation and Language Translation Quality Assurance (QA) for DoD and Commercial customers. Job Description: Responsibilities: • Plan and design the installation, configuration, and de-installation of IT hardware equipment.
• Coordinate with the customer to schedule activities while not impairing or interrupting ongoing missions at USAICoE. • Manage hardware life-cycle replacement and product warranties with various vendors: Equipment includes computers, laptops, thin or zero client endpoints, monitors, speakers, keyboards, mice, Keyboard/Video/Mouse (KVM) switching equipment, and other desktop endpoint computing and display equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic network and hardware problems that arise during IT Enterprise operations. Requirements: • Current TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility • At least 4 years of practical experience • Knowledge of computer hardware and their interconnectivity Preferred Qualifications: • CompTIA Security + certification (not required, but preferred/incentivized)
• AA/BS degree in an IT related field • Proven leadership skills
