Seeking a dynamic Customer Service Associate to join our fun, fast-growing team in our Malvern showroom!

Responsibilities:

• Greet showroom customers, answer phone calls and provide assistance and direction to customers

• Coordinate and schedule estimates & installations

• Follow up with leads from a variety of sources and document updates of customer information

• Enter basic customer product order information

• Other duties as assigned by GM

Requirements:

• Self-starter, thorough, efficient and able to complete tasks in a timely manner

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent people skills with a positive, professional demeanor

• Good organizational skills, able to handle multiple responsibilities with numerous distractions.

•  Proficient in email communication and Google programs

• Must have technical skills with the ability to learn database and scheduling software

• Schedule 9am to 5pm and rotating Saturdays required
