Pastry Cook

• Follow recipes closely to create consistent, delicious results.
• Multitask efficiently and maintain a quick pace in a bustlingkitchen environment.
• Set up your workstation with the ingredients, tools, andequipment needed for success.
• Carefully prepare ingredients like batter, dough, and toppings
• Use baking tools and equipment to create and assemble bakedgoods.
• Ensure stunning presentation for all pastries and desserts.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Properly store ingredients and finished goods to maintainfreshness.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to the team.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear andspeak (verbally and audibly). Must be able to report to work responsive, free fromsedatives, and in a non-sedative state.
