Overview

Harnden Construction Services, is seeking qualified and experienced GPS-controlled bulldozer operators to join our team and support the work we perform throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with this position initially assigned to our ongoing projects at Ft. Meade, MD.  Prior specific experience in site construction with GPS-controlled equipment is preferred.  Latemodel CAT equipment will be operated.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Performs all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies
• Perform pre and post trip of equipment every day and fill out daily inspection sheets
• Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel/moves joysticks/levers to operate heavy equipment including excavator with hammer
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers on site
• Maintains haul roads that are smooth and safe
• Keep stockpiles properly bermed and maintained
• Ensure product is blended correctly
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation details: 28-32 Yearly Salary
