Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to provide accurate diagnoses, discussing tailored treatment plans with patients.
• Implement acupuncture therapy for a variety of medical issues including, but not limited to, addiction recovery, stroke rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders, women's health concerns, stress management, and digestive health.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with mental health therapists, psychiatrists, and other specialists to formulate comprehensive patient care strategies.
• Track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual needs and responses.
• Utilize acupuncture techniques effectively to treat specific conditions such as headaches, migraines, respiratory ailments, and arthritis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Acupuncture or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of practical experience in acupuncture or a related discipline.
• Certification from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
• Current state licensure to practice acupuncture in Florida.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism with both patients and teammates.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player, contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, with a passion for promoting a wellness-oriented lifestyle.

Preferred Experience

• Experience collaborating with various healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Expertise in treating specific conditions, including addiction, stress-related disorders, and digestive issues.

Compensation and Benefits
