Work Environment

Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring you can dedicate your evenings and weekends to personal and family time. You will have access to up-to-date therapy equipment and technology, including electronic medical record systems, to facilitate your patient management duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical abilities, limitations, and needs to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Create and implement tailored therapy programs for our geriatric patients, utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and applicable modalities.
  • Regularly monitor and document patient progress using EMR systems, making necessary adjustments to optimize treatment outcomes based on patient response.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and empowerment strategies, helping them engage in their recovery process.
  • Implement fall prevention strategies and safety measures specifically designed for the elderly population within our care.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy by participating in continuing education, workshops, and professional development activities.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical practice and confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
