The Inventory Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting daily inventory operations within a small team environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves managing stock replenishment, assisting with order processing, and ensuring meticulous record keeping using both inventory management software and manual tracking methods.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory levels and update records accurately
• Replenish stock to maintain optimal warehouse levels
• Perform data entry for shipments and orders
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Process orders in collaboration with the operations team
• Maintain detailed records of inventory activities
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
