Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time Hybrid Position
Happy Days ABA | Maryland

Happy Days ABA is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated BCBA to join our team!

We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Maryland LBA who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

This is a hybrid position offering flexibility with a combination of remote work and on-site supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs/BTs
  • Provide parent training and ongoing guidance
  • Monitor client progress and update programs as needed
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Active Maryland LBA required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping children succeed
  • Experience in ABA services preferred
