Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Business Systems Analyst II to support enterprise application development and integration efforts.
This role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting healthcare systems, and ensuring alignment between business needs and IT delivery.
Location: 100% Onsite - Nashville, TN (no flexibility)
What You'll Do
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate requirements into clear documentation for development teams
• Partner with business units and IT teams to design and implement solutions
• Support testing efforts, including test plans, matrices, and validation
• Review system changes and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements
• Contribute to training materials and mentor junior team members
What You'll Need
• 4+ years of IT Business Systems Analyst experience
• Healthcare IT experience (Medicare/Medicaid preferred)
• Strong Visio and Excel skills
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to AI tools (automation, analytics, or decision support)
