The Service Advisor assists all incoming customers attending their service appointments.  You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience. You will be liaising with the Technicians to ensure that you are keeping customers up to date regarding their service appointments.  

If you are a team player, have a passion for customer service, an ability to stay organized, and strong time management skills, then this role is for you!

Job Duties:

• Work with customers to understand their needs
• Work with customers to answer questions or concerns
• Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs
• Complete a follow-up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle
• Additional duties assigned

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail
• Loves a fast pace environment
• Computer skills and understanding of technology
• Experience with PBS software is considered an asset

Job Details:

• This role is required on a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT basis
• Comprehensive benefits package available
• Work Location: On-site at HANOVER VOLKSWAGEN

• The expected compensation range for this role is $38,000 - $48,000 /year (The range may vary based on experience and qualifications)

This compensation encompasses base salary and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
