Hannah Custom Homes

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is directly responsible for supporting the sales effort and pre-construction phases, assisting with hospitality both in the office and on job sites and leading the marketing and social media of Hannah Custom Homes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPPORT THE SALES EFFORT (15%)

• Create and Maintain marketing pieces required during the sales cycle including but not limited to the sales power point and literature for distribution to clients. 
• Prep hospitality and set up conference room for interviews.  
• Send follow up communication to clients and track through the Hannah Pipeline.
• Aid Hannah in becoming active in local groups.
• Seek out and support the efforts to acquire land for development.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plan for lots in development.

SUPPORT THE PRE-CON PHASE (30%)

• Keep pre-con phase organized and client moving forward through the pipeline including but not limited to pre-con agreements, meetings, organization and communication with clients and architects.
• Maintain effective and professional communication with clients and Hannah staff.

ENSURE BRAND CONSISTENCY AND HOSPITALITY THROUGHOUT THE BUILD  (15%)

• Suggest new items to represent the brand - Order apparel and branded items.   
• Prep and Set up hospitality for major meetings both in the office and on site, including ground breaking ceremonies.
• Shop for and stock completed homes; prep for handoff.
• Photograph completed homes for documentation purposes.   

TAKE OWNERSHIP OF MARKETING (30%)

• Manage and update the Hannah Custom Homes website and all social media outlets.  
• Suggest/write/shoot content for social media. 
• Schedule and attend photoshoots for completed homes as well as coordinate photoshoots for subs or vendors. 
• Research and suggest social media partnerships with subs, vendors and brands.  
• Manage SEO company including but not limited to reviewing reports, making recommendations and reviewing blog posts.
• Create or review advertising ads for magazines, social media, etc.
• Seek out awards to apply for and complete the applications.  

 HANNAH CUSTOM HOMES (10%)

• Manage and/or assist with quarterly goals for the betterment of Hannah Custom Homes.
• Participate in efforts to maintain and/or elevate customer service and hospitality for clients.
• Support Hannah Custom Homes in growth and efficiency initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales or a related field.  
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Applications is considered a plus.
• Self-organization, self-schedule and self-motivation are essential.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Must be able to drive for company business daily.

DISCLAIMERS

This position reports to the COO; no positions report to this position.

Non-standard hours may be required as needed to maintain the critical path of each project.

This is an in-office position.  

Must pass a background inspection, driving record review and initial and routine drug screen.
