Han Dynasty is looking for a new General Manager for its University City Location. Applicants must have at least 4 years experience in upscale/casual restaurant management. This is an excellent opportunity to run a fast-paced environment with what is considered one of the best Sichuan Cuisine restaurant groups in the region.

3711 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19104

Requirements:

- Servsafe Management Certification

- 50+ hours a week and a willingness to work holidays

- Able to lift 50+ lbs on a daily basis

- Need to be standing and running a busy dining room up to 7+ hours

- Able to use Toast Hardware and its online tools.

- Understand Guests needs and concerns and respond accordingly, especially with allergies

- Be able to train staff on food and guest service as well as maintaining rules pertaining to the restaurant.

-Ensuring you and your team are compliant with employee labor laws

-Proactively maintaining equipment in the restaurant

-Actively monitoring inventory levels and ordering accordingly

-Ensuring Compliance with health and safety regulations

Salary will be based on experience

2 Weeks of PTO and 1 Week of sick leave
