Hotel Front Desk Agent Join our team!The NEW Hampton Inn in East Peoria is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Agent who is flexible and available to work a variety of both 1st and 2nd shift (as business needs require.)If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a flexible schedule, we'd love to meet you!Responsibilities:Welcome guests with friendly, professional serviceCheck guests in and outAnswer phones and assist with reservationsRespond to guest questions and requestsProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsWork as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experienceQualifications:Excellent customer service and communication skillsDependable and punctualBasic computer skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be available to work both 1st and 2nd shift, including weekends and holiday Experience:Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.If you're reliable, flexible, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to have you on our team.
