Shaka Taco at Ironclad Golf in Hampstead, NC is looking for one prep cook to join our 50 person strong team. We are located on 2368 Country Club Dr.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and process fresh ingredients to bulk amounts
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and listen to team members
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Confident knife skills
• Experience as a Prep Cook a plus
