📍 On-Site | St. Petersburg, FL (4700 95th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33708) 💵 $20/hr base + sales commissions and uncapped SPIFFs 🕗 Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm + rotating on-call

Who We Are: Right Away Home Services (RAHS), parent company of Hales AC, is Florida's fastest-growing HVAC and home comfort company. We book fast, show up fast, and deliver top-tier service — and we need a CCR who moves just as fast.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound calls and convert every real opportunity into a booked job using proven scripts

Make daily outbound calls to past customers and new leads — cold calls, maintenance reminders, follow-ups, reviews, duct cleaning, memberships, and more

Manage and confirm jobs on the schedule, acting as dispatcher and keeping the board moving

Serve as a front-line customer service representative for our brands

Take a rotating on-call shift covering 8pm–8am. Here's the good news: our AI answers the overnight calls. You're only stepping in for escalations or true after-hours emergencies the AI can't handle — not fielding every ring

Pitch in on other admin duties as needed

This Role Is NOT For You If:

You want to work from home — this is 100% in-office, every day, at our St. Petersburg location

You're not willing to take a rotating on-call shift (8pm–8am) backing up our AI phone system

You aren't willing to make outbound cold calls

You can't follow a script or think sales isn't your job

You need everything to move slowly — this is a fast-paced role for someone with strong computer skills who can think on their feet
