Halcyon House, a premier employee-owned wellness co-operative in Duluth, MN, is seeking a passionate Licensed Acupuncturist to join our multi-disciplinary team. We offer a beautifully curated "third-place" environment where practitioners of therapeutic massage, physical therapy, occupational therapy, sound healing, and acupuncture collaborate under one roof.

We have an established base of acupuncture clients ready for the right practitioner, alongside ample space and support to grow your own practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct TCM assessments, establish differential diagnoses, and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver exceptional care in private sessions, with future opportunities to lead community acupuncture sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EHR documentation.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, utilizing clean needle techniques and complying with HIPAA regulations and MN Statute 147B.
• Ensure the treatment space remains pristine, calm, and sanitary (including sanitizing rooms and instruments like gua sha tools/cups).
• Cross-refer and collaborate with our on-site team of physical, occupational, and massage therapists.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Professionals: Must hold a valid Minnesota Acupuncture License, NCCAOM Certification, and BLS/CPR certification.
