Position Summary
The Executive Support Coordinator provides high-trust, senior-level administrative support to the Leadership Team and Board of Directors as well as coordination for the organizations operations.
This position supports the maintenance of a welcoming, well-run office environment. The person in this role represents the Haas, Jr. Fund with warmth and professionalism, brings strong judgment and discretion, and enjoys being a steady, thoughtful partner that embraces technology and continuous improvement. Because the organization is small and collaborative, we seek a proactive colleague who takes initiative to improve the innerworkings of the organization and can help foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.

Salary and Benefits
The Haas, Jr. Fund offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The pay range for this full-time, non-exempt position is $41.04 to $51.32 per hour, depending on experience, credentials, and industry-related knowledge. This position will begin at 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of converting to 37.5 hours per week in January 2027. Based on a 37.5-hour workweek, this is the annualized equivalent of $80,028 to $100,074.
Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans; paid time off and holidays; a generous employer-funded 401(a) retirement plan with no employee contribution required; a mass transit subsidy; a monthly communications stipend; and, after one year of service, volunteering and matching grant support.
The Haas, Jr. Fund operates under a hybrid work policy. For this position, the employee will work from the downtown San Francisco office three days each week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. In addition, the employee may be expected to attend organization-wide events or be present in person from time to time based on team or project needs outside of the regular three-day schedule. The hybrid work policy and in-office expectations are subject to change at managements discretion.
This position is based in San Francisco, California. Candidates must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. There is no relocation assistance for this position.
