Job description

About the Opportunity

HV Talent Group is partnering with a well‑established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Amenity Superintendent for a Coral Gables luxury residential project. This role will own high‑visibility amenities, common areas, and hospitality‑grade public spaces where finish quality, sequencing, and presentation must be exceptional.

What this role will own
  • Lead execution of amenity spaces, lobbies, corridors, wellness areas, pool/deck environments, and other common‑area scopes.
  • Coordinate finish trades, specialty vendors, lighting, millwork, hard‑surface finishes, and related public‑space detailing.
  • Manage benchmark areas, mockups, inspections, punch tracking, and owner‑facing quality expectations.
  • Work closely with MEP, interiors, and QA/QC teams to ensure clean turnover of public spaces and support rooms.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, protection, and readiness for inspections or owner walks.
What strong candidates bring
  • Strong recent work in common areas, amenity spaces, hospitality interiors, or luxury residential finishes.
  • Excellent eye for detail and high standards around finish quality, fit, alignment, and completeness.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple specialty trades in visually sensitive spaces.
  • Strong punch management and turnover discipline.
  • Luxury condo, hotel, or high‑end multifamily experience preferred.
Why this role matters

Amenity and common‑area delivery is often where the project brand is either elevated or compromised. This role protects that outcome.

This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements of the position. It is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills required.
