Job Summary

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Administrative Scheduling Specialists. This role focuses on coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, supporting travel planning activities, and ensuring clients receive timely communication throughout the planning process.

As an Administrative Scheduling Specialist, you will help manage calendars, coordinate itinerary-related details, organize documentation, and assist with scheduling activities that contribute to a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate enjoys organization, communication, and working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling activities and calendar management
  • Assist with travel planning support and itinerary organization
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client information
  • Communicate scheduling updates, confirmations, and important details
  • Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding requests
  • Support administrative processes related to travel coordination and client services
