We're searching for a talented Integrations Engineer to bridge the gap between our core platform and the myriad of third-party systems our clients rely upon. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions between our platform and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand integration requirements and ensure successful implementations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and rectify integration issues, ensuring uninterrupted data flow.
• Document integration processes, best practices, and create user manuals for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest integration tools, platforms, and best practices in the industry.
• Work closely with the sales and support teams to provide technical expertise during client discussions.
• Train internal teams on new integration features and functionalities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in system integrations, middleware technologies, or API development.
• Proficiency with integration platforms and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Apache Camel).
• Strong knowledge of API protocols and data formats (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in the SaaS or promotional product sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of databases and ETL processes.
