The Property Management Manager oversees all aspects of property management, ensuring efficient operations, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. This role involves managing leases, coordinating property maintenance, supervising a small team, and maintaining regulatory compliance while providing regular reports to the CEO or Owner. The position requires local travel to multiple properties under management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong tenant relations to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs effectively
• Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, expense control, and reporting
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and property standards
• Supervise and support a small team of 1-5 members
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to the CEO or Owner

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in property management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Real Estate Broker License not required to start. Must obtain first year. HRE
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or MRI
• Experience in lease administration and maintenance coordination
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills
• Excellent communication and tenant relations abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in property management
