Job Overview

HIGH PROFILE SECURITY CONTRACTORS LLC is seeking highly motivated, professional, and dependable Security Officers to join our growing team. As a veteran, law enforcement, and first responder-owned company, we provide security services for government facilities, special events, commercial properties, disaster response operations, schools, entertainment venues, and private clients throughout New Mexico.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate integrity, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned properties and facilities
• Monitor and control access points
• Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and incidents
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Conduct security checks of buildings, equipment, and assets
• Enforce client policies and procedures
• Assist law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Perform crowd control and event security duties when assigned
• Maintain radio communication with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ for armed positions)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Military, law enforcement, corrections, fire service, EMS, or security experience preferred but not required
• Current New Mexico Security Guard License preferred (training available for qualified applicants)

Preferred Qualifications

• Level I, Level II, or Level III New Mexico Security License
• Military service experience
• Law enforcement or first responder background
• CPR/First Aid certification
• FEMA, Incident Command System (ICS), or emergency management experience
