What You'll Do

As a TSA at HOTWORX Grand Forks, your primary role will be to create a welcoming and supportive experience for our members while helping the studio thrive. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Promoting HOTWORX services and memberships to potential clients.
• Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
• Supporting members in understanding and utilizing our fitness equipment.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure members feel valued and motivated.
