Overview

This role serves as the primary administrative and coordination partner for the campus, supporting the Connections ministry while helping the campus operate with excellence. The Connections & Campus Coordinator bridges ministry leaders, volunteers, attendees, and operations by providing exceptional organization, communication, and logistical support.
The ideal candidate thrives behind the scenes, anticipates needs before they arise, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and is passionate about creating environments where ministry leaders and volunteers can focus on caring for people.

Connections Ministry Coordination

Coordinate Connect Track logistics, registrations, room reservations, supplies, and communications.

Administer the baptism process including registrations, communications, workflows, and campus documentation.

Maintain inventories and order ministry supplies.

Coordinate volunteer onboarding materials and workflow follow-up.

Support weekend Connections environments and special initiatives.

Volunteer & Leader Support

Support volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and communication.

Assist with leadership development events and volunteer training.

Serve ministry leaders by anticipating administrative needs.

Coordinate volunteer support for special events and weekends.

Campus Coordination

Manage the campus calendar and room scheduling.

Coordinate campus deliveries, office supplies, and ministry purchasing.

Submit and track Operations requests.

Coordinate logistics for care events such as funerals and special gatherings.

Serve as a liaison between campus ministries and Operations.

Events & Weekend Execution

Coordinate logistics for Christmas, Easter, Volunteer Appreciation, Connect Track, baptisms, and other major events.

Ensure rooms, supplies, volunteers, and communications are prepared.

Provide weekend support as needed.

Administrative Excellence

Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items.

Maintain purchasing records, receipts, and expense reports.

Improve administrative systems and documentation.

Maintain organized digital and physical files.

Assist with cross-campus communication and coordination.

Measures of Success

Administrative systems remain accurate, organized, and proactive.

Volunteers feel informed, equipped, and supported.

Campus ministries receive dependable logistical support.

Weekend and special events execute smoothly.

Projects are completed accurately with minimal oversight.

Role Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience coordinating volunteers and events preferred.

Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Hope Fellowship's mission and values.

High integrity, emotional intelligence, discretion, and servant leadership.

Ability to quickly learn Church Management Systems, Planning Center, Google Workspace, and productivity software.

Schedule

  • Office Time - Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Service Times:
    • 1 Saturday a month. Minimum of 1 hour before service, through building close.
    • Every Sunday. Minimum of 1 hour before services, through building close.
  • Other Times
    • Special Events (times as needed) (Project Serve, Men's Conference, Women's Conference, Worship Nights)
