Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist with on-site installation of protection, selective & surgical interior demolition and construction, assisting carpenters with finishing tasks on luxury home renovation projects. This is a hands-on role requiring consistent attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality work.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist with on-site installation of protection, selective & surgical interior demolition and construction, assisting carpenters with finishing tasks on luxury home renovation projects. This is a hands-on role requiring consistent attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, installation, and finishing work on high-end apartments.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely.
- Prepare job sites, including mobilizing, protection, cleaning, organizing, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow directions from supervisors and project managers accurately.
- Previous construction or renovation experience.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and standing for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail, exercising care and caution in working around luxury finishes and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, clean, neat, organized, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
