Job description

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Freehold NJ. This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a dynamic construction environment where your contributions keep the office running smoothly every day.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Assist project managers and staff with scheduling, meetings, and coordination
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, records, and construction documentation
  • Support accounts payable/receivable processes and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents as needed
  • Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Reliable, professional, and a team-oriented attitude
