  • Select instructional techniques and formats appropriate to the audience and content (simulations, role-play, team exercises)
  • Develop alternative training approaches when expected outcomes are not achieved
  • Conduct needs analyses (surveys, stakeholder interviews) and report findings/recommendations to leadership
  • Complete curriculum development tasks: scoping, sequencing, learning objectives, and success metrics
  • Manage project timelines, outlines, and proposals for assigned initiatives
  • Coordinate with other departments to plan and deliver cross-functional learning solutions
  • Test, review, and iterate on learning materials prior to and after rollout
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for L&D vendor partners (e.g., Quick Start) on scheduling, course development, and needs analysis
  • Vet prospective vendors and attend sales/scoping meetings as needed
  • Coordinate with Employee Relations, EH&S, Quality, and Operations on compliance and technical training content
  • Support development of standardized tools (e.g., skills matrix format, promotion guidelines) in partnership with Operations
  • Track and report program engagement and completion data to leadership
  • Contribute to L&D internal branding, communications, and newsletter content
  • Guide and review the work of Specialist I team members on shared projects
  • Maintain training spaces in accordance with 5S3R standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Experience:
