The HVAC Controls Technician plays a crucial role within a small dedicated team, focusing on installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC control systems in commercial buildings and industrial facilities. This position involves frequent local and regional travel and requires close collaboration with both Facilities and Project Managers to ensure safety compliance and project success.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC control systems in commercial and industrial settings
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues
• Perform wiring tasks according to specifications and safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of submittal changes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety procedures and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HVAC controls
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with HVAC systems and electrical wiring
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to HVAC work
