Requirements:
We are looking for people with the following interests and/or skills: HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. will provide each candidate with on-the-job training.
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to travel (extensive travel in Customer facilities both domestic and international)
The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic. Having the ability to juggle multiple tasks, have a strong desire to learn, work safely, and work under tight deadlines is a necessity.
Upon training, the position will be responsible for:
- Dimensional and surface quality of products
- Data collection and analysis to understand the quality level of products
- Tooling adjustments and countermeasures to improve overall product surface and dimensional quality
- Effectively communicating technical feedback both internally and with customer project personnel to achieve the quality requirements
- Traveling with the job to various customer locations both locally and across North America
