We are expanding and seeking a professional, tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent (or Licensed Agent Candidate).

Position Overview

Whether you are an experienced licensed producer or a professional looking to transition into a lucrative insurance career, this role offers direct mentorship and growth. You will blend client-facing advisory work with advanced office operations. This position requires strong technical proficiency, excellent data management skills, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Guide clients through Medicare, Medicaid, Health, and Life insurance options.
• CRM Management: Maintain, update, and optimize client profiles within our CRM database.
• Data & Analytics: Use Microsoft Excel to manage client lists, track enrollments, and run operational reports.
• Office Administration: Maintain an organized, professional office environment and assist with document and client preparation.
• Communication: Handle client inquiries with empathy, clarity, and strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience working in a professional office or corporate environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel formulas, sorting, and data entry) and CRM platforms.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with Health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or Life insurance is highly preferred.
• Licensing: Active Connecticut Life & Health Insurance License OR a strong desire to study for and obtain it quickly (licensing support provided).
• Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and an analytical mindset.
