Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home health team. As a family-owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on providing personalized care to our patients while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment for our employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing individualized plans of care for patients in their homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, caring, and committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. You will work closely with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
  • Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification required
