Position: Bilingual Leasing Agent

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $21/hour

Experience:  

• Previous apartment leasing experience required.
• Tax Credit (LIHTC) leasing experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary-to-Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct property tours and promote community amenities.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Enter leasing activity and resident information into the property's management software.
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.
• Support the property management team with daily office operations.

Position Requirements:   

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience using a property management software system (Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, Entrata, ResMan, Knock, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the property.
