Nurse Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurses who could join our healthcare team to provide care in Dunnellon, FL this will be on Sunday 9-3 to cover our 6hrs day shift: The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, NIGHT SHIFT

Duties

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Document all patient interactions and ensure proper medical documentation is maintained.

Experience

• Proven experience in a home health nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively individually while collaborating with a team is important.
• A valid nursing license is required for this position.
