Responsibilities

• Team members work directly with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, helping them ship packages, produce print materials, and solve everyday business needs
• Roles may include customer service, print production, sales support, and operations, depending on the position and location
• The Center Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the store
• This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that includes shipping, printing, and general business services
• Center Associates work directly with customers, process transactions accurately, and help keep the store organized and running smoothly
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Process shipping, packing, and mailbox transactions
• Assist with basic print services and order intake
• Operate point-of-sale and shipping systems
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Follow store procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards
• Work collaboratively with teammates to manage customer flow
• Shifts may include evenings and weekends
• Standing for extended periods and light lifting required
