Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking a Full Time Sales Consultant to join our innovative and fast-growing Golden Openings Team – a division of Front Row. In this critical role, you will assist our customers with product selection and upselling, providing best-in-class customer service. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, while maintaining strict quality control. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive in identifying new sales opportunities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide best-in-class customer service by assisting with product orders, responding to inquiries, and actively upselling relevant products throughout the purchasing process.
- Coordinate order processing with the internal team and vendors, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Ensure quality control by verifying order accuracy, inspecting product condition and customization, and shipping details before dispatch.
- Follow up with customers after events to gather feedback and collect images for social media.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for product and service expansion.
- Support production operations, including online order management, inventory control, packing and shipping as needed.
- Periodically review and verify the accuracy of the website catalog, coordinating with the Digital team for necessary updates.
- Assist with special projects, events, and general office activities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or,
- HS Diploma or GED required and 2 years of experience in a retail sales/merchandising or similar environment preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, exhibiting a strong sense of teamwork.
- Best in class customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers.
- The ability to meet all duties and responsibilities listed with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Experience with Shopify, Ecommerce, and Odoo CRM a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This role involves standing for extended periods of time, frequently using a computer keyboard and mouse requiring manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination. Visual demands include reading documents, reports, and computer screens. Ergonomic equipment is available to support employee comfort and wellbeing.
