We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and patient caregiver to provide in-home assistance for an individual who needs support with activities of daily living. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a meaningful difference in another person's life while providing respectful, person-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• • Personal hygiene and grooming
  • Dressing
  • Toileting assistance
  • Mobility and transfers
• Prepare light meals and encourage hydration
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Help with medication reminders (if needed)
• Observe and report any changes in condition or concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving, home health, or CNA experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and treat clients with dignity and respect
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

We are looking for dedicated individuals who have a passion and heart for caregiving with leadership skills for employee support. Must be a self educator who likes to problem solve.
